After receiving his undergraduate degree from Georgia Southwestern State University, Mr. Smith assisted thousands of business owners across the state of Georgia in growing their businesses. Mr. Smith also spent some time in Washington, D.C. auditing governmental agencies before attending law school at the University of the District of Columbia – David A. Clarke School of Law. 

Mr. Smith worked in Washington, D.C. with one of America’s most renowned law firms before returning to Georgia where he joined as an associate in a Marietta personal injury law firm. Mr. Smith quickly developed the skills and knowledge necessary to manage his own practice, and left the Marietta law firm to open AM Smith Law Firm.

Since opening the firm, Mr. Smith has represented thousands of personal injury matters and recovered millions of dollars for his clients. Mr. Smith is known as a hard-working attorney that focuses on getting clients results.
